Terms & Condition:
• The gift card will be activated within 3 days after purchasing. The card must be used within 1 month from the date of activation.
• The voucher can be utilized at Bay stores.
• The voucher can be redeemed only once and can be used in a single invoice.
• If the bill amount is less than the value of the voucher, the balance amount will not be returned in cash.
• If the bill amount exceeds the value of the voucher, the excess amount will have to be paid in cash or card.
• This voucher cannot be redeemed in part value.
• This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
• Cashier/store manager will ask the customer to provide their mobile number and the voucher amount.
• Cashier will input the voucher amount and the mobile number in Bay software and then immediately an OTP will be sent to the customer's mobile number.
• Cashier will take the OTP code from the customer and enter it into the software.
